Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are confirmed with you before your order is confirmed. We'll ask for your delivery postcode when you enquire.
Cancellations and change of mind
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online or distance purchase. This right does not usually apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If an item has not been personalised, the normal cancellation right applies — please contact us.
Faulty or incorrect items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to all products, including personalised items. If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or doesn't match your confirmed personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
