Products and images
We sell finished physical personalised gifts, stickers and stationery. Product images and previews are illustrative; final designs are prepared according to your confirmed order details. Prices, specifications and availability are confirmed on enquiry.
Enquiries and orders
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after you have approved the personalisation details and price.
Your personalisation
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of names, messages and other details you approve. You confirm you have the right to use any text or reference material you send us. We may decline personalisation that is offensive or infringes others' rights, including copyrighted characters and brand logos.
