Confirming your personalisation
We'll reply with the design details, availability and price for you to check. Please check spelling, names, dates and colours carefully — we'll prepare your item exactly as confirmed.
When your order is confirmed
Your order is confirmed only once you have approved the personalisation details and we have confirmed the order with you in writing.
